Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AURUM APPS services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to mobile application development, web application development, and consulting services.

2. Services Description

AURUM APPS provides custom software development services, including:

• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• Web application development
• Backend system development
• UI/UX design services
• Technical consulting
• Maintenance and support services

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to a separate project agreement that will outline specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. The project agreement, along with these Terms and Conditions, constitute the complete agreement between parties.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own all intellectual property rights to the custom software developed specifically for their project. AURUM APPS retains rights to:

• General methodologies, processes, and techniques
• Pre-existing intellectual property
• Reusable code components and frameworks

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects require an initial deposit before work begins
• Milestone payments are due as specified in the project agreement
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Confidentiality

AURUM APPS agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

AURUM APPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, regardless of whether AURUM APPS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Warranty and Support

AURUM APPS provides a limited warranty on delivered software for a period specified in the project agreement. Support terms and duration will be outlined in separate support agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be specified in individual project agreements.

10. Changes to Terms

AURUM APPS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
